Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
Hisham Akira Bharoocha was commissioned by the famed New York City treatment facility to create a large-scale mural to be installed within the hospital, and later displayed at the treatment center’s Brooklyn Infusion Center Gallery. Titled, “Reflections”, the mural was inspired by Hisham’s own father’s cancer journey and the delicate dances between light and dark, sunshine and rain, sunrises and sunsets.
